I had a discussion with a friend about this one.

Before the season started it probably would have been Josi by a mile, followed by Nico and then probably Nino.

With how Timo Meier has played the last couple of months it is getting closer. I put in Fiala as a wild card altough he seems a tier or two below the others for me.

Timo and Nico are fighting it out for best Swiss Forward, Timo's a force right now, but Nico still has the higher ceiling and more elite potential.

This. Right now, it's pretty clearly Josi...but given their respective ages and reasonable career arc projections, at some point Hischier will overtake him. Barring something surprising like a new young Swiss phenom coming out of nowhere and surpassing Hischier as well of course.
