Who do you feel is a good coach for a rebuilding team, one that is good at helping promising young players to become solid NHLers and get to their full potential? It can be someone who isn't a coach in the NHL yet.

If you know more than one, list your top ones. You can include any positional coaches as well.

In LA we got a lot of young players to develop into solid two-way players and won the Cup twice with them but it wasn't the Cup-winning coach Darryl Sutter that developed them. It was Terry Murray that taught them how to play defense. So I think he's a good coach for a team full of talented youngsters.
