Alright guys, into the nitty gritty. The rules for the decades are that you will be given a maximum of THREE votes to place - and you can place anywhere between 1 and 3. There's no aggregate or placed voting on HF, so you can share your rankings of the albums in a post below. If a year featured a tie, I'll include both (or each) of the albums that tied as voting options.

I'll also be including a WILD CARD entrant into the vote-off - that entrant being the album that got the most votes, without winning, from any year in the decade. For the 60's, it was Led Zeppelin II, which received 15 votes in the 1969 poll.

Enjoy!

I'm trying to build a top-100 from every polls you've done and it's so hard... As of now, what I have for the 60s goes as this:

1. George Harrison – Wonderwall Music (1968)
2. The Beatles – The Beatles (The White Album) (1968)
-
3. The Beatles – Magical Mystery Tour (1967)
4. The Beatles - Abbey Road (1969)
5. Charles Mingus – Oh Yeah (1962)
6. Harry Nilsson – Aerial Ballet (1968)
7. The Peter Brötzmann Octet – Machine Gun (1968)
8. Sonny Sharrock - Black Woman (1969)
9. Nina Simone – Pastel Blues (1965)
10. The Beach Boys – Smiley Smile (1967)

Already Beatles heavy and I'm pretty sure I'm being too hard on Let It Be and that it should get in at #9.

For the poll, easily The White Album for me. I had it tied at #1 for 1968 (what a monster of a year), and decided in Wonderwall Music's favor for the time being.
