OT: Beginner Hockey in Toronto

If you can skate without falling over, just sign up at Ice Sports.

It's not cheap (~$500 for the fall/winter), but they have E level teams. I'd also recommend taking some adult skills classes at the same time.

I started playing a few years ago, and that's what I do.

If you can't skate at all...then figure that out first.

pretty sure there's a coed division too. at least he can pick up broads while he's playing crappy hockey in that.

Just want to bump this and see if anyone else has any thoughts on True North in Toronto or Brampton. I'm looking to join the Brampton Tuesday rookie league as I'm doing Power skating sessions on Sundays.

Our Team played True North in Brampton many years ago, garbage organization. We moved to ASHL and it's far better.

Make sure you wear a cage.
