Have there been any major changes made to Be A Pro Mode in NHL 19?

I don't mean like massive overhauls, but more like, does simming actually develop players reasonably, or does it still completely gimp their growth?

Do players actually have their skating stats increase from playing games, or is it pretty much only improved from off-ice training?

Does poise still pretty much never change if you sim?

Does poise still change way slower for your character than for CPU players?

its basically the same but with a skill tree and specialties.......skill tree is just another way to gain stats.

Are the lines still completely insane once you make the NHL? Spent lot of time in 18 starting in juniors. Got drafted, got put on the Devils where Hischier was a healthy scratch every night and Brian Boyle was playing defense. Pretty much never touched the mode again after that. Any improvements in that department?
