Yeah, it's one of those that likely couldn't now even if they tried.

Worst thing that can happen to a car is to not be driven. They can gain a hefty pricetag due to the low mileage being such a rarity, but the parts and internals tend to suffer greatly for it. Anything other than an idle and a bit of a rev is likely to break something at this point.

You can't predict what either since the car hasn't been driven to know what problems are even developing, thus no idea what needs replacing. So... they don't stress them enough past an idle and a bit of a rev, so as to not risk it.
