He’s going to replace Dries or Tynan is my read on it.

Probably Tynan. Similarly sized skill center who was given 16 games with the Avs but didn't do enough with them.

They're probably ready to move on from Tynan, but they still want a speedy skill guy as a callup. Could surprise in camp too and make the team to start the season if there's injuries.

He could replace Landeskog on the top line, and hide in Rantanens pants only to pop out and score?

5’8”... funny to think some of the most aggressive players of the past generations were that size (Domi, Fleury). Hopefully he has the IQ to match that skating so he can stick in the NHL
There's just no way that guy is 5'8.

He looks in the 5'4-5'5 range.

I've watched him very much since he's been playing for my hometown team and been through our academy.
+
- He's fast:
- His natural fitness is off the charts. He has won the Skellefteå AIK's end of the year triathlon 4 times in a row in a team that has been known for the past 10+ years for being extremely well-trained.
- He never gives up, is a good fore-checker and a fierce competitor:
- Good shot and good passer.

-
- He's awful at faceoffs.
- He doesn't use his shot nearly as frequently as you would like.
- He can make braindead decisions in the defensive zone (like passing the puck from the corner right into the slot) but that may have mainly been because our coaches told him to do that this season.

I see him as a winger in the NHL, but on the other hand, his game has matured every single season and this season he almost never got to play with the linemates he had great success with in the national team. Personally, I would've liked to see him and his teammates Jesper Frödén and Jonathan Berggren play one more season in the SHL, but it seems like all of them are off to the NHL/AHL.

Plus he's coming from the same SHL team that made Pierre-Édouard Bellemare an NHL player at the age of 29.
He's a C but how is his faceoff game?
He stinks at faceoffs.

Some dude just made a video. The first goal shows his shot pretty good and many of the other goals he scored this season shows his determination around the crease.

Really fast, has a good shot even for NHL level, high energy, not sure he is good enough defensively and especially if his speed is enough to compensate lack of size. I think the best case scenario is you get Paul Byron, but that'scompletely unlikely.

He is super fast and very gritty, plays much much bigger than he is. good at holding the puck too. good player for bottom 6 perhaps.
