Matthews surely put in the effort, he played well enough to score a goal tonight. It took some nasty saves, few post, and some close calls to keep 70 from happening. In the end, we as Lightning fans found ourselves pulling for Mathews to get 70 because his play deserved it tonight. Tough break.....
