When Morrison was drafted, didn't you say he sounds like he should be on a team with Oatman, who you have been critical of?

When another poster cited Morrison as having finished 8th,8th,8h,8th,9th,10th in scoring by defensmen during the 50's, I pointed out that statistic by itself is unimpressive in a 6-team league... it's just like the argument for Oatman went.

Later nalyd psycho 'uncovered' him in his research and I read up on him before realizing it was the same guy that had already been drafted, and learned that Morrison was more than just a finished-8th in blueline scoring in a 6-team league... he was more than a centre converted to the backend, more than just a longtime AHLer... he was useful on multiple stanley cup winning teams, and suited a third pairing. We would have considered him for our 6/7 slot, where we have defensive defenseman Lewis and offensive defenseman Lumme... our top-5 on defense being pretty much locked in.
