A huge draft would be cool. Yet another 28-ish team draft? Less so.

Note: A 50+ team draft would be doable with active recruitment and the adoption of the optional two-teams-per-GM, different-conference idea with either a rule (no trading between the two teams, directly or indirectly through subsequent trades) or a no-trade conference.

I'm on the fence as well. Since the news archive took a big hit, this has lost a lot of appeal for me.

Put me as a maybe, though I'll probably help somebody even of I don't take a team myself.

totally. this was the best source, and still largely untapped.

I enjoyed combing through newspaper searches for material too.

Luckily my wife at least has access to the globe and mail archive through the library which helps.. But is harder to search and more limited.

Yeah, in the past I found that a lot of the scans were blurry when I zoomed in... they kinda hurt the eyes after a few minutes. Probably should have been scanned in a higher resolution.

Hmm... not as much interest as I have seen in the past... do we see a 20 team draft??? 25? Would be neat... I have seen the old ATD threads with that many GMs but we did not know as much in say 2005 as we do now... might be interesting to have superteams with the info we know today
