Real life has made it very hard for me to spend the time I would like to with my team, so I am looking for help. The person I am looking for will have been in Sim leagues in the past and would be responsible for:
1)Being "the coach". You set the lines. This is the aspect I just don't have to do every day. Please be able to update them daily.
2)Consult in trades, free agency and drafting. I will have the final say, but I will ask for input and suggestions.
.....at some point down the road if I don't have time to GM, I'd hand the whole thing over. This is about a 50/50 chance at this point, but I know I will have time through the draft next year.
