In all seriousness, I don't have a problem with the hit per se, but if the rules say that the head can't be the primary point of contact, it should have been a penalty at a minimum.
I want to say it's a penalty if the head is avoidable. Given Mier being bent over and looking down at the puck that opens the exception up to not being a penalty. Plus it's a Ranger.
