There is 8 teams left and 5 of them have goalie sporting sub .900 save percentage.

So all of them have bad games, only Shesterkin hasn't been lit up.

It is more or less how often that happens for rest of the teams.
Yeh its pretty crazy how far offence has ticked up in this League. Lots of fans still operating like its the days of Hasek

Singh is good when not calling Oilers imo

And Shesterkin is mortal. First time giving up more than 3 in a playoff game after like 31 straight games?
We’d be a dynasty with a goalie as elite as Shesterkin

Yeah Singh hasn’t been bad so far. Still lulls me to sleep a little but he’s decent

I find Singh and Debrusk are boring no matter who they are calling.

This is misleading though if you're watching those series and teams that are absolutely loaded with skill through the lineup. The goalies in the OOT series ahve been spectacular even when giving up goals. The teams are generating so many good scoring chances with skill plays. The save % doesn't tell the whole story. Look at the saves the goalies are making, the form, the technique. Night and day better than what we got.

If anything this is another golden age of goaltending only its disguised by the quality teams advancing and the best teams on Earth with talent, playing each other. Every team can score. Vancouver would be the weakest scoring teams in the playoffs by miles (through the regular season results out the window, Vancouver doesn't generate much in playoffs. )

Both Georgiev and Ott tonight were very good. Dallas played a perfect road game and were generating quality chances on the counter all night.

Damn. Credit to Dallas. They have found a way to contain MacKar. And Benn has really stepped up which surprises me.
Yeah,. Wasn't sure they were going to be able to contain the AV's but what a textbook game. The difference is suddenly Dallas have some more players going. For the longest time it was Johnson and heiskanen nobody else contributing goals. Now Seguin is really feeling it, Benn playing solid 200ft game, Mason Marchment is back and makes such a physical difference in that lineup and Hintz is back to playing how he can. Dallas also getting Hakanpaa back expected for game 5.

Dallas impressively are getting better as each series progresses. They just put a blanket on the AV's, they already got their split. Wonder what happens in game 4. Colorado better get their shit together. Huge Dallas win. Dallas really starting to get on a roll here. Once they got their game down they beat Vegas 3 games in a row. Thats impressive. They might just do something crazy like that again. If Dallas gets everybody on board playing as well as they can they''re very hard to beat. Dallas were winning probably 80% of puck battles and it didn't matter what line matches. Any of their lines were doing it.

Best road team in league sure looked like it tonight.

Finally Heiskanen has been miles better than Makar in this series. On a completely other level. Heiskanen I've always said was gonna be a potential best D on the planet. He's being that in the playoffs.

Maybe if we drafted better but alas.

If you don’t want a stroke don’t look at where Oettinger was drafted.

Colorado also ironically shot themselves in their own feet tonight. After their massive comebacks in first two games it appears they thought it would be automatic coming back from one down in game 3. What they didn't anticipate is Dallas refusing to give up much. Colorado had limited shots and chances in third, and actually Dallas were picking off pucks continuously and getting more chances to add to their lead. Colorado was lucky it wasn't 3-1 before goalie pull.

Av's started to feel infallible tonight and we're not battling hard enough. Now Colorado strangely behind the 8 ball after looking explosive first two games. Imagine if Dallas had not blown game 1.
