Rangers are looking pretty good, Gallant behind the bench and Shesterkin in net... Haven't watched that team play for ages, but I may need to catch a game or two soon.

Wilson just rocked Pietro. And I think Patches has lost his shot, which means he’s close to useless.

Remember when a ton of us on this board were pining for McCrimmon to be the next GM after Chiarelli? I remember because I was one of them.

Talk about another bullet dodged.

Carolina with 190
NY Rangers with 191
Flames with 193

Are the only three teams to have given up fewer than 200 goals so far this season.

The 2011/12 Blues have the modern record (not including lockout/COVID shortened seasons) of 155 GA. 2003/04 Devils are second with 164.

While the 1975/76 Capitals hold the record for most GA with a shocking 446 (31 goals worse than the second place 1985/86 Wings) no team since 2000 has given up more goals than the 2005/06 Penguins who gave up 310 that year.

Montreal (297), Arizona (296) and Detroit (294) could, and most likely will, all surpass the 300 GA mark this season.
