Probably the closest thing is going to amazon.com lmao.Going to Toys R Us as a kid in the 80's was incredible! I'm not quite sure what the modern equivalent would even be?
True, which is totally sad and pathetic tbh.Probably the closest thing is going to amazon.com lmao.

It’s also where they filmed the “Duncan’s Toy Chest” toy store scenes for Home Alone 2.
Oh shit…you mean those Yomega automatic-return yoyos? I remember when those were a thing too!!

Haha yes! Everyone was trying to do all those tricks with them
Isn't Jiminy cricket just a TJ gimmick account? Or is someone else in charge of that?I’d wager a Rolex that childlike, pathetic losers like @Jiminy Cricket and Vick Ashley were probablyabductedpurposely ditched in Toys R Us by their parents….

We had tom kuhn sleeping machines at my elementary school. They were like $50 and my parents were like "nah", lmao. Bought me one of the brains instead.Haha yes! Everyone was trying to do all those tricks with them
It was just the US that went bankrupt and closed all of their stores. The Canadian operations were a different entity I believe, thus they are still open.The one by my apartment is still open and a thing!
Here I thought they all went tits up a few years back? Or just in the US??

@GuerzyProbably.
Still annoying as f*** though....whoever/whatever they are.
Imagine having no life but multiple forum alt accounts.
Even f***ing @John Price sticks to just one account and his postcount is the stuff of internet legend.
I had no idea it was his account, I thought it was TJ's or something
