Anyone still remember Toni Rajala?, would he be effective in today's, new NHL?

He had a insane season (12-13) in NA, played it between AHL and ECHL, combined of 92 games (post season)
scored 40 goals, 60 assists, 100 points. (which was his last)

Since he left North American hockey behind him, he has been quite effective
in every league/team he has played for.

0.60 ppg KHL (21 games) (1 team)
0.74 ppg SHL (120 games) (3 teams)
0.76 ppg NLA (88 games) (1 team)

1.12 ppg NLA - post season (17 games)
1.50 ppg NLA - swiss cup (4 games)

0.50 ppg National Team (6 games)

- Leads NLA in goals this season, 6 goals in 8 games

Rajala is 27 years old, so a player in his prime.
- doesn't have a contract for next season

We thought he had a shot back then, but he left because he was homesick. Unless something’s changed, he probably doesn’t want to come back

His NLA points really don't convince me. I mean Josh Holden was a demigod in Swiss league and no NHL GM called him to come back. Rarely these types of players going to Switzerland ever carve themselves a NHL career after. At least if your name isn't Auston Matthews, that is...
