No, but I had bought tickets to drive down to Portland to see the Raptors on monday. Bought them the second the border announcement came.
Just could never make it work after they announced the covid testing rule. Too short of a trip to be paying and dealing with the logistics of PCR tests.

Yeah the PCR test requirement is a pain in the ass. Found a rapid 30 min PCR testing clinic in Vegas to stop by on the way to the airport... Waste of $200.
