Hi guys, I stopped playing hockey for a couple years and want to pick it up again, not this season but next, and I'm now way outta shape. I've put on a few pounds and lost a bit of muscle. I know that eat less and excerise more, and cardio work, but are there any tips or tricks that you guys know of or any types of excerises that will help?
