Does the Liam Dower-Nilsson 3 European League preseason game hype train come screeching to a halt after 1 Secondary European League game???

Can't wait to find out!

Never seen James play but I want to think there's something there as an early 2nd rounder. Also he has two first names which is cool.

Admittedly I never watched Dylan James this year but I like the sound of him as a prospect. Hopefully he has a year similar to Mazur.

No love for Viro?
Hate to say it but… he’s super vanilla and doesn’t really produce any offense.

I mean honestly what is he?… a 165 lb defensive defenseman?

Not as strong or physical as Jensen, and not as fast as Lebda. And i have a hard time seeing him have that level of NHL success. I'm thinking more along the lines of Troy Stecher at best.
Yeah, I just don’t know what his calling card will be at this point. I thought when he was drafted maybe he was similar to countrymen Heinola. But Heinola went on to develop and show some offense, where Viro hasn’t.

Plus I think Viro will have a very limited role in GR on a team that has Sebrango, Lashoff, and McIsaac returning from last year.

Just watch, Viro turns out to be Lidstrom without the offense.

Just a void out on the ice where nothing happens but time passes by.
