Hedberg always killed the Flyers, but Makarov was on a whole different level as a player.

If Makarov spent his whole career in the NHL, he'd have battled with Mike Bossy as the best RW of the 80's, above Jari Kurri.

Hedburg was distinctively younger when he made the NHL. Makarov and Nedomansky were past their prime.
