One doesn't trump the other. Perfection would be a perfect balance. We don't have it here. Thus, he's not a perfect coach.

Great analysis, dude. I'm just having a bit of an issue with this quote:

We know Therrien was never the best guy for strategies and lineups, in fact, he's pretty bad at it. But, if the coach doesn't have the ability to motivate his guys to play, then the guys won't win the "close games" that Price keeps us in no? I just find that his teams work hard, that's all.

So Therrien is bad at strategy and lineups.

BUT, he's good at motivating his players...

...AND the team is winning...

...so wouldn't that imply that motivation is more important than strategy? I mean:

"bad strategy" (a negative) + "good motivation" (a positive) = "winning record" (net positive)

So logically, the positive must be greater than the negative, no?

But while we're getting results and the team is playing hard, we have to give him the benefit of the doubt.

Again, this is totally my bad, but if you admit that we can't distinguish between goaltending and coaching derived results, why are you defaulting to coaching?

In... Montreal?

6L of milk = 6.97 plus tax

XL coffee = I don't buy it since the L and XL are the same damn thing (LITERALLY) but the L is 2.05, so the XL is obviously a bit more.

On topic: Nice Read, Chfan!

LOL! Milk these days, amirite?

Anyways, back to the topic at hand, what's your opinion on our roster?
