I think the peak guys somehow go overboard. I've basically seen posts that said Dave Andreychuk, scoring 20+ goals and playing a regular shift on a Stanley Cup champion, actually was a bad thing: "He was just a compliler"-type of argument.

And if someone played 15 years, why just look at his top 5/7 or whatever when your evaluating their career and ignore the rest?
