This guy has been awarding high school kids based on their hair - very funny, dry humor and worth listening to several times to get all the jokes.

Tough competition this year as #2 could have easily been #1 but the more I watch #1 the more I appreciate it's beauty. It's kind of like a deep classic rock song (e.g. a 20 minute Pink Floyd song) that gets better every time you hear it for the first 50 times whereas #2 is more like a pop song that gets your attention right away but doesn't stand the test of time.
