Has anyone used Airbnb in the past? I am looking to book a place in Scottsdale for my bachelor party and never used it before?

Pros/cons

Discount options etc?

These are usually private homes fyi. Most of them will have some pretty strict rules against parties and usually only people who are registered during the rental process are allowed to stay there.
To register with airbnb you need a credit card, and you need to provide some sort of personal identification like a scanned copy of your drivers licence(just to prove who you are).
The entire process is based of reviews. The hosts have reviews, and you have reviews. Everybody reviews everybody. If the place was clean when you arrived, or if you left it clean when you left.. etc
I just spend a month in New Zealand and used airbnb for the entire process. I've found you can get far better value for your money, and experiences that you wouldn't get at a motel.

Best advice is to read the reviews carefully.
