Think we should have a thread on this. I know very little about them in regards to hockey.
What is it you seek? You want to know, how NHL will adapt to conditiong, training, sports science?
What foods, the players eat, how they train.
Chip Kelley, is revolutiong the way teams train, conditiong, eat, sleep, how fast they train, how they rest, etc.
Not sure this can work in the NHL. they can do alot of the strength and conditiong. But they play alot so play, recovery and rest are more in play.
