This division had five teams that were pretty much all as good as eachother, in my books. And barring an upset, one of them will be going home. Unfortunately it's going to be one of the two unlucky enough to end up 4th and 5th when the voting shook out: these ones.

I'll be paying extra close attention to this one to ensure I make the right choice. Here's to a healthy battle, fellas.

I've been on and off due to this resp. virus I'm fighting off, but the main thing this has to come down to with me is that it's all about how his defense and goaltending match up with my scoring. I have little doubts that both Brodeur and Roli the Goalie are capable of stealing this series in their own right given their postseason resumes (the whole reason I drafted them), but it's no secret that I'm a big Karakas fan. IMO he and Quick were among the three best goalies available in this thing. I honestly think my offense is better and my special teams are better, especially that top PP unit with Zidlicky and Galley, IMO two of the best PMDs available in this (how did Galley NOT get first team AS?) draft running the show.

Warroad defeats Belleville in OT in Game 7

Three Stars:

1. Gary Galley
2. Carl Liscombe
3. Richard Brodeur
A close series!

Belleville had dispersed contributions but the three stars are all Lakers: King Richard knows how to make a cup run, Liscombe has won a cup, set a franchise record for playoff scoring in a game and has been clutch in the playoffs at lower levels, and Galley has translated his consistent regular season scoring and playoff experience into success here in the first round of the AAA 2013 playoffs.
