Depends how it's being consumed. If it's just cheese out of hand, I do like cheddar or if there's a glass of wine, brie. On my cheesesteaks, I like extra sharp provolone. On a burger, I want some sharp cheddar. Asking me to choose just one favorite cheese is like asking me to choose just one favorite beer or wine. I can't do it.

Manning, I'm surprised you didn't offer casu marzu as an option.

I'm a sucker for a good Dill Havarti, but lots of other great stuff on this list too. I love good cheese of just about any sort. And good wine. And good cured meats. And good... let's see what I have in the fridge.
