Also shortening my rotation. Brech the Cat in the pen where he can work multiple innings if need be.

Game 1 saw the Three Fingered One work a masterful game, limiting the Indians to 3 hits in 8 solid innings. Ruth struck out twice and the Yankees faithful felt a weird sensation cheering against him for reasons unknown to them. New York takes game 1 by a count of 2-0.

In Game 2 the Indians showed why they were so highly ranked as they delivered a dozen hits including 4 by Wade Boggs against a stunned Robin Roberts and the series was knotted at 1 apiece after a 10-3 Cleveland victory.

With the series shifting to the city that never sleeps, Indians star outfielder Babe Ruth tweeted out #NYCloveit, Tim Raines nodded in approval (we assume). In Game 3, Cleveland got some big punch from the bottom of the order as Gehringer tripled twice and drove in 4 and the Indians took a 2-1 series lead off the strength of a 7-5 win.

Game 4 saw the Yankees star outfielder Barry Bonds lead the charge homering twice off Babe Adams and Felix Hernandez threw 6 solid innings to knot the series at 2, by a score of 4-1.

In a pivotal Game 5, it was again Mordecai Brown putting the Yankees on his back by twirling 7 innings of 3 hit ball and the Yankees took the series lead after a 5-2 win.

Looking to atone for an earlier bad outing, Robin Roberts posted a picture of himself as a lad to the Yankees official Facebook page with the caption. "Feels". He had the fans "feeling good" about him and the team as they jumped out to a 3-0 lead after 4. Cleveland battled back behind a homerun by Mike Trout but the Yankees pulled away in the 7th and escaped with a 5-3 win and a date with the Bridegrooms.

Awesome teams guys, Bonds vs Ruth was pretty sick.

Surpised I bet Indians. I really like FOTS' team.

Two 3-hitters by a dude with 3 fingers. Illuminati confirmed.
