Watch the efforts and ineffectiveness of certain veterans, and just remember that Fletcher pleasures himself to the idea of building a winning culture. Just like obsessively fixing a "poor defensive" team by making them worse defensively, I've never seen someone so adept at making a key focus even worse.

I think I’ve been too kind over the years calling Fletcher the chief proprietor of mediocrity.

I believe they hired Stevie Wonder to work on shooting accuracy

Tippett has zero deception and doesn't see the extra play, so you're just relying on him overpowering a goalie every time or having empty nets. His signature ability for 5 years as a prospect is as a shooter. It's like telling York to work on his passing or Sanheim his skating. It's a problem when your one dimensional strength isn't a strength.
