The Flyers are basically one loss away from provisionally picking 12th...

if the season ended today they would miss and pick 15th. But Isles, Pens and Wild are right on top of them.

Guy in the white jersey looks a bit like CO'C after a missed-the-play-offs drinking binge.

This could be a battle of the goalies, depending on who we have in net. Luukkonen is solid and Fedotov seemed to be able to carry the team through shitty periods. Ersson can def hold his own too, as long as he's not having one of his off nights. Of course when I predict a low scoring game they end up trading goals for a 5-6 event. Either way, Buf is def not an easy out.

I think they will play better throughout the lineup but this will be tough.

On the one hand, they’ll be rested, motivated, and will probably get good goaltending.

OTOH, 2 of their top 3 centers are named Laughton & Poehling, their D is woefully thin, their powerplay is run by a man with apparent brain damage and the guy in charge is an angry child.

Prediction: it will probably suck and I’m glad I have gigs tonight and tomorrow. Sell the team.
