I have no confidence in the first line with Cole on it. He's been on the ice for so many goals against, and it's usually him not making a play that leads to it. He's a big guy who plays like he's 4'0" in the defensive zone.

Cole in his 9 games as a Wing is a -2. Nyquist, in the same amount of games is a -2. Should we also get rid of Nyquist? Abdelkader is also -2 in the same time.

It's been a crappy past 2 or 3 games for our boys. If you take out the past 2 games, all the guys I mentioned are even +/- or better.

I've noticed that Cole always back checks really well. He's fine. The Wings issue right now is not scoring enough goals.

I actually like Cole, but I don't understand the notion of why that line is being kept together no matter what. I don't really think it's good. If you swap Nyquist and Cole I like the lines way better.
