The experience of watching this with a Leafs fan was like nothing else. Just a miraculous low to a miraculous high. Like if they lost this game I can't imagine how embarrassing that would have been as a Bruins fan around Toronto. 2 years removed from the Cup, this underwhelming Leafs team that hadn't been in the playoffs since before the lockout coming back from down 3-1... Woulda been rough.

I am a Packers fan living near Vancouver. I think I have an experience opposite of yours. The 2014 nfc championship game. I watched it in a bar of seahawks fans, alone, wearing some packers apparel. Packers had a large lead that I quietly reveled in nearly all game, watching everyone around me suffer. Then the series of inexplicable events: field goal fake for a seahawks td, onside kick off the hands of the packers tight end recovered by Seattle, the Hail Mary two point conversion.

Ugh.
