no but for the most part he hasn't had his team mentally or physically prepared at all this year.

Half of the game has been special teams. Both teams have been better defensively.

ugh i thought the game was going to pick up after girardi put crosby on his ass but the game just hasn't flowed much. so many stoppages. here's to a good third period. just need one goal.

pittsburgh isn't doing **** on offense either to be honest. there's not reason we cant get back in this game.

Not surprising. We have 3 1st liners. That's fine. Defense is fine. Then our captain is injured and we have to play a 3rd liner on our second. Our other 2 second liners are playing terrible. Our other 2nd/3rd liner is injured. That leaves a 3rd liner, a NHL/AHL tweener and 4 guys who shouldn't be in the league

Love the posters yelling at the refs again. It's the patented NYR too many men on the ice. Hardly anyone's fault but ours. Forget practicing the PP, we need to practice counting to 5 and changing lines.

If we were up 1-0 heading into the 2nd, board would be saying, let's get our **** together and not squander the lead.
If we were up 1-0 heading into the 3rd, board would be saying, solid period defensively, **** penalties, too many, Step is ****, We need to play better in the 3rd still.
