after essentially ending their season with the back to back regulation losses I bet they come out strong tonight and take this one. wouldn't surprise me at all if we won tonight and against Pittsburgh to get everyone's hopes up again...

Crap, no Manning tonight. I'm sure all of you are happy. I fully expect the D to play incredibly well and allow 10 shots and zero goals. After all, #23 is the main culprit whenever they don't play well :shakehead

Did you see the end of last game? He cost us a point, making him a good culprit.

You don't get it. He is a #6/7 Dman. If he PLAYED like that, he is passable. Instead, he thinks he is a top 4 Dman and takes chances, pinches at bad times, etc... which means that someone like Ghost IS NOT doing that. So now he has neutered Ghost offensively AND put him in a bad spot defensively.

WHOEVER is Ghosts partner, should worry about defense 1st. Manning just isn't good at either.

He won't try a thing with Simmonds on the ice. That's for sure.

There isn't a bigger "fake tough guy" in the league than Brandon Dubinsky.

You should learn to pick your battles when it comes to Meatshield.

Yet he has played the majority of the season with two morons (Manning and Streit) that decided not to let Ghost do his thing so they themselves can run around like Paul Coffey wannabees.

Strap him next to Gudas or Morin next season for christ sakes.
