[FIELDSET="QUOTES TO NOTE"]

NHL players are way better. They make better reads and they pressure hard.
There’s less time to make plays so it’s different hockey for sure.
- Marek Hrivik

The goaltenders on both sides played extremely well.
Hayesy, I mean he put a perfect pass in there for me. It was nice to see that.
He kind of looked at me, I kind of knew it was coming, and I managed to place it well.
- Kevin Klein

We had four or five grade-A chances. We took it to overtime and we were able to get it done there.
I thought we defended real well. Our compete level on 1-on-1’s was good.
- Alain Vigneault

I've been pretty busy lately and haven't been following hockey nearly as closely as I normally do.

That said, Lee Stempniak is leading a team in scoring? Wat?

Playing this team is as bad as when they played the neutral zone trap

Lee Stempniak has 15 goals and 25 assists... These Devils-players are having a surreal season

Management / coaching decision re. Stempniak was a "controlled" contributing factor to why the Rangers were stop a step away from another trip to the SCF last year (along with non-controlled factors such as injuries to Zuke and most of the D).

Let's get back up to.500 as the Away team jeez

Games in Newark aren't considered home games? :sarcasm:

It's never easy beating Schneider. He's a phenomenal goalie, so they need to everything possible to get pucks on net and create chaos near the crease.
