Thanks MSE.

Let's try and pick up points against .500 teams. Although losing out to till the deadline make it a lot more likely we make some trades. I'd also love to add a skilled forward in this draft. So win or lose its a win-win!

You are welcome. Once the Flyers' practice and the Canucks play Saturday, the post will be updated.

This might be the 1st Flyers game I pass on watching this year. An 11pm start time for me. I do have the next day off, but we have become so boring to watch.

Only thing worse than watching this team is watching this team late. I really don't want to stay up late for this ****... but I will because I'm ****ing stupid.

I'm bored.
Last season was inconsistent as hell but we had at least Ghost tearing it up with his one timers and some kind of upward trend that made the team fun to watch. Now it's all just meh.

Another lackluster loss incoming. Thankfully I swore myself off every game but the Stadium Series after Thursdays debacle. Can't stand to watch Hakstols blank expression after the red light turns on behind our netminders any longer.

How sad is it that these are the two teams I cheer for in the NHL. I had my heart broken in 2010 and 2011. Now both teams are terribad. Flyers should win this one...

I like the Canucks too and I wish they would just blow it up already. They are overachieving bigtime this year and that's not saying much. The thing that bugs me the most is seeing Trevor Linden kind of floundering - one of my all-time favorite non-Flyers, second behind Yzerman.

If I'm actively watching the game I can't help but root for this team, but I know it's better for several reasons if they lose these games.

Agreed. I was a huge fan of Linden growing up. The front office is definitely hurting the Canucks now. Jim Benning is destroying the team and its future.

Over-achieving was probably the worst-case scenario for that team this year.

They really needed a tank-season to land a future 1C and to give their management a rude awakening.

They have Horvat... he is pretty darn good. But tbh his ceiling is probably realistically a '1b/2a' center like Couture, Koivu, Turris, Johnson, O'Reilly, Stepan, Stastny, Brassard etc.
