[FIELDSET="QUOTES TO NOTE"]

It was a big moment for Dylan just to show how much the team needs him.
Everybody goes through growth spurts and growing as a player and this his first time with a team for a full season.
He gets it right away. He understands the goal in mind and helping out one another and you’re playing for more than just yourself.
It’s hard to understand at a young age when you’re trying to make an impact and make a name for yourself.
He really puts the guys and everybody besides himself first and that’s a great sign.
- Ryan McDonagh

It was pretty clear. I wanted to send a message. I wanted to stick up for my teammate, our captain, our best player.
I can respect him for squaring up with me, and I’m just happy how it all worked out.
- Dylan McIlrath

So the boys will be boys in the first period, then guys got down to playing some hockey. We had a set plan for playing their top line.
I thought we did a good job against them. I used Brass and Step there. Our penalty killing was real good tonight and when they had some looks.
Henrik made some big saves and our power play got us a three goal lead. It was very important and we came up big at the right time.
- Alain Vigneault

Kane and Panarin are the ones that do all the damage. Artie A isn't racking up the points, but he has been a beast in front of the cage.

Pls survive.

It’s a rebuild.
Prediction for the night:

If we are leading after the first period, Bettman should have not fixed the 2014 WCF because we were guaranteed to beat the Blackhawks in a 4 game sweep while shutting out all of the games.

If we are tied or trailing after the first period, Bettman is attempting to disrupt the space-time continuum by starting the game at 8:00 PM.

Either way, this should be a fun one.

Any updates on Staal yet? Could be an interesting look to see how this group performs with McDonagh back in with no Staal

As a current Chicago(land) resident, i am always pumped when we play the Hawks. Bragging rights on the line.
