So in typical Pens fashion when first is for the taking, we probably lay an egg versus the Sabres and the Caps only end up needing 1 win in their 2 games to finish first.

I would say yes. I would trust Sceviour over Lafferty in a playoff series for sure.

I think it depends who we play. I actually think a guy like Lafferty could be an X-factor versus the Caps with his speed and physicality, whereas against more disciplined teams you probably want a safer guy like Sceviour.

Sullivan hasn't said anything about the lineup except that Jarry and DeSmith are being held out for precautionary reasons (both will be available for the playoffs) and that Tanev will not play.

We don't even know which of Alex D'Orio or Maxime Legace will play.
