Was Duchene that bad at center that they had to move him to RW?
And Cody Glass is the last man standing from the Ellis trade!

Nashville is in worse shape than the Flyers:
F: Forsberg (28), Duchene (32), Granlund (30), Johansen (30), Niederreiter (30), Sissons (29)
D: Josi (32), Ekholm (32), McDonagh (33)
25 and under: Parssinen, Glass, Fabbro, Lauzon, Jeannot, Novak

left on their contracts:
Forsberg 6yr/$50M, Duchene 3yr/$24M, Granlund 2yr/$10M, Johansen 2yr/$16M, Sissons 3yr/$8.5M, Neiderreiter 1yr/$4M
Josi 5yr/$45M, McDonagh 3yr/$20M, Ekholm 3yr/$18.75M

You could get a good return for Forsberg and Josi, something for Duchene, the rest are probably unmoveable.
So they can't even trade vets at the TDL or this summer and start to rebuild.

Carter’s in goal? I would have thought maybe they’d go Sandstrom in the first part of the b2b. Seattle is a better team.

Hey the kids are playing pretty good hockey these days......the kids are alright.......

Obviously very early The Who..........but also Them too......

THE song every Garage Band of the 60s HAD to learn and play......if you did not know, yes, it is Van Morrison.
Made famously by The Doors and Jimi Hendrix as well........along with at least 40 at recordings by garage bands on YT. Same chords as Louie, Louie.......more or less.....

"Slip Kid" beats "The Kids are All Right" except in title only.

According to Shill Meltzer, he’s getting a wonderful opportunity to play with highly skilled players like Brown and Nic D on L4.

Hopefully they can teach him the proper way to hit, block shots and give away puck possession.

The incompetence of this organization is staggering.

That's the problem. Not playing him on the 4th on its own. Expecting him to play their idiotic idea of a 4th line role, and giving him zero leeway.

in articles, on podcasts, on twitter, i see our beats/media consistently say Risto has been better this year. I think Risto’s a good dude, a good teammate… but every time I see him I can’t get over what we 1. Traded to get him 2. Paid him

Has he actually been better, i will never be able to fairly evaluate him

Quick edit - no one is saying hes been good or great, just that his play has improved the last few months
