[FIELDSET="QUOTES TO NOTE"]

At the end of the day, it’s two big games and four points we need. The biggest thing is to not get out there and get mesmerized that you’re in a baseball stadium.
Philly-Boston, it was a hard game with tight checking. The one thing that stuck in my mind the whole day was harping on the two points and not to get caught up in Fenway Park.
It’s like business as usual.
- Dan Carcillo

It’s pretty incredible to think back on all the different rinks you’ve skated on to get to where you are today.
- Ryan McDonagh

In an 82-game schedule, having these two games is real good for our group.
The game on the ice is the same if conditions are not what they were today, if there’s no snow and it’s cold, the ice is good you will see a real good game.
- Alain Vigneault

Rongos, pls don't embarrass yourselves like you have recently against the Devils.

Yeah that'd be a good start.

Damn but we need the points.

4:30am start, not sure I'm going to be awake for this one sadly

Don't be a *****! Even worse than the 4.30am start is that Fox Sports aren't showing it... Looks like I will have to rock out with my **** out with Z and the fellas at streamo. :yo:

EDIT: Footy season starting up soon, who's your team?

actually that's a good question. Is puck drop at 12:30-12:40 or will there be a bunch of pre-game stuff like there was in LA and it won't drop until after 1?

i think puck drop is probably gonna be closer to 12:40, possibly 12:45. the pre-game show on NHL Network starts at 11, so i'd guess 12:40-12:45 isn't too far off from puck drop

also, LGR! :yo:

Perfect gamestart for some Norwegian fans..

This is the last day of my 16 week long maturnity leave with my 1 year old kid before going back to work tomorrow..

Let's hope our boys gives me a good showing tonight and that we don't make Marty out to be better than he is..

Let's go out blazin' and shot the puck at him every chance we Get - let's tire him out..

Probably not a game of beautiful passes. Simple play will be the way to get it done. I predict Hags and Callahan to be important today.

Sad to see that AV sticks with the same lines. The Pouliot-Brass-Zucc line is not working, plain and simple! Zucc is fading away slowly but surely. I was hoping that he would change som lines to this game.

They said puck drop would be at about 1 from the rangers practice yesterday.

Well I'll be watching from home this afternoon with a nice fire going and a nice meal and red wine. Maybe the Rangers will surprise me and actaully win this game? but expectations are not high. Most likely we blow and early lead and lose a close one in regulation.

On a side note, not real happy with how this whole thing was handled. Clearly they miscalculated on the ticket prices and demand. There was no need to be charging $300.00 per head. They screwed up big time IMHO.

As a STH, I had the chance to buy tickets back in August(?) and I had a lot of trepidation and ultimately never pulled the trigger. It just seemed like too much, but also, there was scant information about exactly what this was going to be like. The WC is understood and the demand is a given. They should have priced these tockets in the $125-$150 range and they probably would have sold out quickly.

I'm a little peeved.
