[FIELDSET="QUOTES TO NOTE"]

It was a tough back-to-back for us. Traveling yesterday and coming home to a team that is right on our heels. It’s a huge four points.
The power play has been clicking. We have been buying into the system. Getting shots first and it’s working right now.
- Rick Nash

The way the PP is playing right now is just lifting the whole team. If you can win the special teams you have a good chance of winning every game.
When you get the start we had tonight it’s more about being smart about the rest, making sure you manage the puck, just being smart all over the ice.
Our mindset after the first period was let’s take care of business and we need these points as a team.
- Henrik Lundqvist

We are playing real solid, in my estimation, at both ends of the rink. Tonight we were in great defensive position on the forecheck.
We create turnovers. Nash is going in alone on the goaltender. And the five-on-three was an ideal situation.
- Alain Vigneault

Avoid wide open chances for the pair of poaching Austrians and they should be in good shape.

AV is gonna be mad

I've heard pen caps can be good in a pinch.

We've left clown insults and gone back to the Renney era gum jokes, I see. It's actually a tremendous stress alleviatior, which explains why Torts was never seen chewing gum,

Any idea of how bad this snow storm is supposed to be? It shouldn't affect the game, right?

Supposed to be really heavy around game start time all the way into Wednesday morning. I'm trying to dump my tickets if anyone is interested.

Last time vs them we gave up 2 SHG's back to back in the first 20...

Can't let that happen again...

This is an important game. We can't let them get the upper hand going into the outdoor game by having a win streak aganist us.

Supposedly the team, or people from the team read HFboards. If they do, my mother is a fishsticks fan. For the love of god, do not lose. I don't want to have to deal with the trash talking. :P

Seriously though, we need points. Get this **** done, boys. :handclap:

Let's get 4 in a row for the first first time this year! I mean even the Knicks have won 5 in a row some how.
