Popularity contest is all that is.

Too much wrong with it to comment on fully. Jackson at #3? Seriously? The guy won't even coach unless he has 1 or 2 HOF's on the team.

All top 50 coaches from North America - nothing new there. Some might still argue that Alex Ferguson, Viktor Tikhonov, etc. should be on that list.

I don't think any baseball managers should make the list. In baseball its almost totally based on the talent of the team. For college coaches recruiting may be even more important than actual coaching. I would think that NFL and NHL coaches should dominate this kind of list.
