So what are all of the cities in the current rotation? SF, LA, LV, HOU, MIA, NO, ARI, ATL, TB, and, when their new stadium opens TEN? Anyone else?

Dallas. Though surprisingly it will be at 15 years since they last hosted. But Dallas messed on on ticket last time. So even the almighty jerruh is not immune to nfl punishment.
Is Houston who has hosted twice in their stadium much different than Dallas?

I think that’s all that would be part of the regular rotation. If Washington’sRFK returns as a dome then they’d get a game like Indy, Min, Det did.

Have to wonder if the NFL would ever host one in London
No…. Time difference is like 5 hours Eastern and 8 pacific. Kickoff is typically 3:30 pm pst so 6:30 eat. Thus 11:30 London time pm.

Don't say anything at all
Cleveland should have the game. It would make up for the settlement setting the Browns back for so long, resulting in their current home being the oldest NFL stadium never to host a playoff game.
