I still don't get the hype on Myers.

His underlying numbers are usually trash. He’s 6’8, won the Calder, and is a righty. He will probably get a contract unmerited by his play. I could’ve seen Hextall go after him for his “veteran” defenseman. That has his name all over it.

I got yelled at for saying Derek Ryan would probably have a better season that Martin Necas.

Here we are 2/3 of the way through and Necas had a goal and an assist in eight games before going to the AHL (and playing well there, 28 points in 36 games as a 19-20 year old)

Yeah that's what I think about the guy. But the Jets in the Trade Boards treat him like a precious commodity. To be fair right shot defense is hard to find these days.
