This is our 5th game in 7 days . I'm not sure there will be a big fight . When we are in Winnipeg on the 28th it will be our 9 game in 14 days . The schedule makers are F%$&king us

Does Laczynski exist or has he been sucked into the Ellis black hole?

This is a tough game, play in Detroit, fly home (wonder what time they got in?), play that night.
If the Flyers win this one, you'll all have to bow to God Emperor Torts.
But it's worth watching for his expressions behind the bench, priceless!
While some coaches turn red and have veins popping out, Torts has a whole portfolio of takes.

Time for Sandstrom to create some trade value, a couple games where he shines would create an instant market in a league where a number of teams have trash cans as backup goalies.

My God, Sam Gagner is still in the league!

For all those people who think you have to draft in the top 5,
Scheifele (7), Ehlers (9), Pefetti (10), Morrissey (13), [Wheeler and Dubois were obtained in trades].
So you can build a team drafting between 5 and 15 for a few years.

Of course, it helps to have Hellebuyck - but he was a 5th rd pick.

Sorry I should have read on. He was passed over by the US National Team for the World Juniors, Then the next year for the Hobie Baker (because the committee didn't want a second straight freshman winning it (Eichel the prior year).
