This is starting to be a reason why the third goalies are being kept so close by. The Avalanche had a game this week where they scratched Georgiev.

When teams are winning...vet coaches let the kids play more and it helps lead to more success.

If they start losing...it becomes VETERAN PRESENCE time.

Whatever the last year you think Giroux played to that level was. At worst, it's 2017-18. That's one of the best seasons in the history of the franchise.
