Eichel would be on pace for a 40 goal season without the injury, but yes lets hear how he's a total disappointment and how we should cry ourselves to sleep that we have him and not Matthews.

4 SOG per game on the season.

Obviously not good enough.

In before Stokes reminds us Ennis is on a similar pace...

I get alot of buffalo vibes from dallas....crazy talented forwards, weak defense, average goaltending, awful pk, decent pp
Their coach looks familiar, too...

I continue to be quietly pleased by Franson's level of play in the last few weeks.

He's been good all season. Dude is pretty competent with some mobility around him.

I think that vision problem or whatever he had last season really affected him. He's played well, can make good passes, has some size and toughness. Not sure about bringing him back but he should be able to bring something at the trade deadline if we go that route.
NEarly completely different player from this time last year. He no longer stands out routinely in a bad way. In the PHI and TB games, I saw him skate backwards defending the rush without having to jump-turn and skate forward towards his own goal-line. It's eerie, indeed.

For future reference there's a far easier way to get the game reports. Just go to the gamecenter page for the game on the NHL website, go to the bottom, select "preview" then the reports are linked at the bottom of that page
