Simmonds is fun... but he really needs to direct energy better in a game like that.

The Flyers actually came out well in the 2nd, but then his hit and ensuing PK killed everything.

Provorov and Ghost seemed to be the only ones playing actual hockey in the third period.

I've always liked Adam Henrique. Poor guy is so clutch but can't even show it because they never make the playoffs.

Bad teams beat better teams sometimes... it happens. Not a big deal even if it sucked to watch. Perfect time for a break and then we'll get Couts back which should fix multiple problems of bad players playing more than they should.

It's also depressing that each of our D pairs have one good player and one god awful piece of human garbage. That has an impact, no doubt about it. Gudas is stuck with MDZ, Ghost with Manning, and Provorov with MacDonald... can't wait till they're gone.

That was a very good game for ghost to build off of. This team is gased. No way any of us expected this record with couts out. Hopefully after the break we get all of the injured guys back and raf isn't far behind. Going to be a tough tough road ahead.

Does rookie phenom Provorov further heap the pressure on Ghostbear by playing amazingly?

Does Hakstol finally give Provorov a chance on the struggling 1st unit powerplay?

Seriously tho Flyers fans, is that last one a possibility at some point this season if both these two players' trends continue? And if it does happen does Provorov run with it?

Total shut down, Majority of them looked gassed. Devils smothered them, got traffic and outworked Flyers in all three zones. Lots of ratty play on both sides when these two teams get together. Miserable scrums that look like Canadian Jr B.

i mentioned it and I think rebelbully did to that this game had all the makings of a emotional letdown. i hate being wrong.
this one will be easy to put behind them and move on after the Christmas break. nothing good came from that game from a Flyers pov.
burn the tape of the game to the ground and move on.

the Flyers didnt win their 20th game last year until January 17th @ Detroit.
so despite the turd laid tonight everything is still good.
