Zenith, it's amazing how much better forechecker Stepan has become.

It's amazing how much better at EVERYTHING he has become. He is turning into a 1st line center right before our god damn ranger eyes!

A lot of it is his skating.

Stepan is noticeably quicker this season.

I just wanna say, great forecheck from Stepan, but when you watch that replay, Clowe followed and waited perfectly, saw the opportunity develop and pounced immediately. Lots of smarts on that goal.

Told you guys after the Gaborik trade, if Clowe didn't completely tank statistically this season I would take him over Gaborik straight up. Clowe will be beasting around in playoffs while Gaborik waits to snipe it from a spot that opens up about twice per playoff series.
