It appears Scanner wrote the article before the Stepan and Pacquette trades. It was just published today.

Norris should get the opportunity. While the Senators lost Jean-Gabriel Pageau, their best overall centre, at the trade deadline, most of the veteran additions in the off-season were at wing (Evgenii Dadonov, Alex Galchenyuk, Austin Watson) not centre.

With the number of centres on deck, I am not sure if Norris gets to start all games to get 25 points. I doubt he plays top line minutes and gets matched up against McDavid, Matthews, Draisitl, et. al.

This would be awesome. Wolanin is a great puck moving defenseman. i hope he stay healthy and perform.
